J.A. Snookerwitz was established in 2001 in Amarillo, Tx.  In the beginning, 'Snookie' would create cocoa and coffee recipes and take them to friends and family to sample.  Many samples were created before just the right mix of flavors were found!  We would stand in the kitchen around a kettle of hot water and try each flavor and every person would offer their reviews.  Finally we were able to find just the right blends that everyone could agree upon, but we still cherish the early days of cocoa and coffee tastings in the family kitchen!  
Since that time, JA Snookerwitz has been a business that encouraged this time with family and friends.  Through the years, many of our customers have shared with us the times they have spent with loved ones over a great cup of Snookerwitz coffee or cocoa. Every bottle is still hand-mixed, filled and topped with a little swatch of burlap, so there is a very personal experience waiting to be enjoyed by your family.  It warms our hearts to know that this business is bringing families and friends together much the way it has for ours!
